Shipment window
Harvest is when the nest is taken at origin. Arrival is when a shipment from that origin typically lands in a consuming market. Nest is built and rebuilt on a continuous cycle rather than a crop season, so the constraint on timing is the harvest permit and the cleaning and registration lead time rather than the weather.
