Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
Systematic Index Partners Ltd., trading as SIP Global, wants the Site to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in line with the Accessible Canada Act's approach, the Alberta Human Rights Act and similar standards elsewhere.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmarks (header navigation, main content, footer) and a logical heading order.
- Labelled form fields, with visible labels, autocomplete hints and status messages announced to assistive technology.
- Keyboard operable navigation, forms and tools, with visible focus.
- Sufficient colour contrast in text and controls, and text that can be resized and reflowed on small screens.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- No cookies, pop-ups, auto-playing media or time-limited interactions.
- Self-hosted fonts and lightweight pages that work on slow connections.
3. Known limitations
- Some data-heavy tables and the market terminal views may be difficult to navigate with a screen reader or on narrow screens.
- Some calculators and tools present results in dense layouts that we are still improving.
- Some reference documents and specification content may use terminology or abbreviations that are not explained inline.
- We have not yet had the Site independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA.
4. Feedback and requests
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in another format, email [email protected] or [email protected]. Tell us the page, what happened and the assistive technology you use if relevant. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix or provide a workaround as soon as reasonably possible. You can always reach our desk by email to place an enquiry instead of using the forms.
5. Review
We review accessibility when we change the Site and will update this statement as we resolve limitations.
