Cured whole gbanja kola nut (Cola nitida), Ondo State, Nigeria, sun-dried and stored cotyledons sold whole for chewing, extract feedstock and nutraceutical use, graded on cotyledon size/count, moisture and defect/mould screen since no codified international grade exists.

Sun-cured, hand-sorted whole Cola nitida cotyledon, the internationally traded caffeine-bearing kola variety, graded on cotyledon size and count per unit weight, colour uniformity, moisture, and absence of mould, insect damage or shrivelled/split nuts.
